Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Concord, NH location, grow our presence throughout Northern New Hampshire, and drive sales of construction equipment. Requirements

Proven success in B2B or outside sales (equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred)
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Northern NH

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within an assigned Northern NH territory
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and business owners
Consult with customers to recommend the right equipment solutions for their needs
Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with customers and visit job sites
