Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (home improvement or fencing preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Consultative sales mindset
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexible schedule - must work when qualified sales appointments are available
  • This role requires availability when customers are available

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with primarily residential clients (light commercial work as well)
  • Assess fencing needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Follow our structured sales process from consultation to close
  • Create and present professional proposals
  • Maintain accurate measurements, notes, and CRM records
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams for seamless execution
  • Stay current on fencing products and best practices
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client availability (including evenings and occasional weekends)
  • Close deals with confidence while delivering a customer-first experience
