The Outside Sales Representative is accountable for profitable sales growth for the Greater Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania, selling Arc3’s industrial and specialty gases, welding and safety equipment and supplies, and related services that support customer operations. This role focuses on protecting and growing existing customer relationships and expanding Arc3’s market share profitably by understanding how customers operate and applying Arc3’s solutions and capabilities to improve their business. This role requires a high level of integrity, including honest communication, responsible pricing decisions, and doing what is right for customers and Arc3. This role represents Arc3’s values of trust, responsiveness, reliability, and technical competence, and the expectations of a family-owned, independent distributor with the resources to serve customers well at scale.
