About The Position

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow its Danvers, Massachusetts market. The role involves helping businesses discover quality products with excellent speed and service. Sales team members are encouraged to identify growth opportunities, meet with existing customers on-site, and build relationships. The position offers 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development. Uline is a family-owned company with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations and 17 sales offices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.
