About The Position

Outside Sales Representative Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Central and Southern New Jersey Position summary Vanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Outside Sales Representative to join its regional office. Full Benefit Package for all full-time employees. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on developing and securing new business with local small and mid-sized office locations throughout the Central and Southern New Jersey region. The focus will be on achieving sales goals through marketing and sales presentations that convey the value of the Vanguard Cleaning Systems franchise organization to prospective clients. The office is looking for a high achieving and passionate sales leader with excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and closing skills with a proven track record of business-to-business (B2B) selling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a solid track record of success and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Pay $70,000-$100,000+ / year paid as a base salary plus commission Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off

Requirements

  • Minimum three years prior successful professional sales experience (i.e., B2B, commissioned sales)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and closing skills
  • Professional sales presentation skills
  • Strong listening skills and empathy

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of closing new business
  • Qualify prospects through research and personal contact
  • Uphold Vanguard® standards for honesty and integrity
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Prepare for qualified appointments
  • Travel to prospective account locations throughout the Central and Southern New Jersey regions.
  • Present to decision makers regarding services
  • Deliver proposals to account prospects via email and follow up meetings
  • Follow up on proposals and presentations via phone and email
  • Collaborate with Regional Office team members and field consultants
  • Utilize and develop system to create leads and referrals
  • Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads in system
