About The Position

Are you a driven, hunter-minded sales professional with a passion for technology and relationship-building? We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Managed IT Services business by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B technology sales experience (Managed Services preferred)
  • Proven success in an outside sales or hunter role with quota-carrying responsibility
  • Strong business acumen with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while partnering cross-functionally
  • Comfortable prospecting through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for IT solutions, including:
  • Managed IT Services & All-Inclusive offerings
  • Network and infrastructure solutions
  • Hardware and maintenance contracts
  • Prospect, identify, and engage net-new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align them with the ServIT sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design customized Managed Services solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive, hunter-style role
