About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to understand their needs and guide them toward the right home improvement solutions. Using our in-home consultation model, you’ll deliver expert presentations and build trust with potential customers—while helping them turn their vision into reality. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Confident communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • iPad required for presenting and managing appointments

Nice To Haves

  • Prior in-home or B2C sales experience preferred, but not required

  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers

  • Follow a proven sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage your leads, appointments, and follow-ups independently
