About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll play a critical role in developing and maintaining customer accounts within your assigned territory. You will engage with clients to assess needs, introduce new products, and ensure exceptional service from start to finish. This role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Local travel is required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments when needed.

  • Previous sales management and food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Execute your weekly sales schedule and submit updates through the company CRM.
  • Open at least three new accounts monthly and deliver five full-line Euclid Program presentations.
  • Manage sales planning, forecasting, and weekly administrative tasks.
  • Generate new business through upselling, cold calls, sampling, and referrals.
  • Client Service & Communication Partner with customers as a trusted advisor, offering menu insights and consultative solutions.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery accuracy, coordinating with logistics and purchasing teams.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up via visits, calls, and emails to support long-term relationships.
  • Attend company and industry events as assigned.
  • Collaboration & Reporting Submit CRM reports daily and provide weekly and monthly updates to management.
  • Communicate effectively across departments, including logistics, fillet room, and retail.
  • Support seasonal sales efforts during peak business periods such as Lent and the holidays.
  • Other Duties as Assigned Assist with product tagging, credit pre-checks, and replenishing marketing materials as needed.
