About The Position

Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with agricultural producers, dealers, and distributors across the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based environment and can deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned Midwest territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Sales & Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events. Conduct on-site visits to farms, dealerships, and agribusinesses to present products and services. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Support & Technical Assistance: Provide product demonstrations and training to customers. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions for product application and performance. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Attend trade shows, field days, and industry events to represent the company and expand networks.
