This role involves managing the entire sales process, from cold calling to the installation of Microbulk equipment, with the goal of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a driven environment with a record of success exceeding goals which may be demonstrated through previous work or proven outside sales experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and your own vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year outside sales experience preferred
  • Technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and generate appointments with prospects through a variety of methods, including in-person visits, phone, and email outreach.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the Microbulk product suite, safety standards, technical competence, and sales process.
  • Record and maintain accurate, current, and relevant data in CRM.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and internal resources to bring value to prospects during the sales process.
  • Grow a valid pipeline of prospects, work with prospects through the sales process and independently negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • Collect information and build presentations to internal and external partners.
  • Serve as the commercial information lead between the customer and internal team members during project execution.
