About The Position

Sam Carbis Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a driven and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with some of the largest corporations in the world, helping them improve safety and efficiency at their industrial sites. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated customer service team and your sales manager to develop tailored solutions that meet the access, loading, and safety needs of our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys developing new business while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proven experience in industrial or technical sales; knowledge of manufacturing, chemical, or plant operations preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, manufacturing, or chemical plant operations preferred
  • Experience and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous use of a CRM software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your assigned territory.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across all levels of their organization.
  • Travel throughout your region to understand customer operations and provide practical, engineered safety solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present customized proposals.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate written correspondence and technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including customer service, engineering, and operations — to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and contacts in our CRM.
