Outside Sales Representative (Warm Leads, Flexible Schedule, Uncapped Commission)

What We Offer

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home, outside, or consumer-direct sales experience
• Strong closer with a track record in commission-driven roles
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Solid communication skills and basic computer/CRM proficiency
• Genuine interest in helping seniors and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative in-home or virtual meetings using warm leads
• Educate 55+ clients on estate planning solutions that protect their families
• Follow a proven sales process to maximize close rate and income
• Maintain organized follow-up and basic CRM usage
