Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefits. Hibu provides extensive training, starting with 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. The position involves cold calling, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives will grow their own book of business, helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries
