Outside Sales Representative (Field Service)
About The Position
Job Description: Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. This position covers Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding territories.
Requirements
- 4-year degree
- minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
- excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- skilled at building productive business relationships
- good mechanical aptitude
- knowledge of their territory and its customer base
Responsibilities
- growing existing accounts
- prospecting and securing new customers
- introducing new products to the territory
- developing solid territory business plans
- effectively cover their territories on a daily basis
