About The Position

Southern California Air Conditioning Supply Company is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our El Cajon office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will, service an existing customer base, generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include, daily sales calls, creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Commission based pay. No Caps/limits on pay. 100% covered Health insurance for employee and family. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and supplies
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
