About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. This position offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefits. Hibu provides extensive training, starting with 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow their sales career or transition into sales. The role involves cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, and performing both virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives are responsible for building and managing their own book of business, helping small businesses succeed, and earning residual commissions by retaining clients. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
