About The Position

At Industrial Pallet Corp (IPC), we’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional who can own a territory, build trust, and bring in new business—all without taking themselves too seriously. We want someone who’s passionate about people, confident in a sales conversation, and down-to-earth enough to connect with a customer in boots or a button-down. You’ll be covering a territory across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, so living in Central Indiana is ideal. If you’ve got the drive to build lasting partnerships, the focus to close deals, and the kind of personality that earns respect without forcing it, this is your shot.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Industrial B2B sales experience preferred (manufacturing, industrial, or logistics a plus)
  • A go-getter with grit, polish, and a passion for helping people
  • A self-starter who works independently but communicates often
  • A strong communicator who can relate to all types of customers
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, structured follow-up, and territory planning
  • Not afraid to walk into a room cold—and not too proud to laugh at yourself
  • Based in Greencastle, PA and open to overnight travel as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a sales territory across PA, MD, and WV
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Prospect and generate new leads via CRM, referrals, cold outreach, and walk-ins
  • Close deals and keep your pipeline strong—we’re looking for momentum
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make sure the customer experience is seamless
  • Report progress, wins, and key updates to leadership regularly
