The Outside Sales Representative – Commercial focuses on generating sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing legendary customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction. This position would cater to the Commercial market segment geared towards those customers who consistently use equipment for either short term use or long term projects including Sand Blasting, Painting, Power Plants, Surface Preparation Contractors, Facility Maintenance Contractors, Remediation/Restoration, General Contractors, HVAC Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Construction Drying, Generator Service Contractors, Large Venues, Special Event Contractors/Coordinators, Tent Rental Companies, Party Rental Companies, Hospitals, Telecommunications, New Home Construction, Schools, Correctional Facilities, or College Campuses. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
