About The Position

We’re seeking a charismatic and driven Outside Sales Representative with a true hunter’s mentality. This is a client-facing, field-focused role that blends relationship-building, solution-based selling, and territory development. You’ll work across both the residential and commercial sectors—engaging builders, designers, architects, and end clients throughout the Upstate SC and Western NC regions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B or project-based sales experience
  • Industry or adjacent experience in AV, construction, electrical, security, or homebuilding preferred
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with consultative sales approach
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Upstate and Western NC
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Industry or adjacent experience in AV, construction, electrical, security, or homebuilding preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across both residential and commercial markets
  • Foster and grow partnerships with builders, project managers, designers, and architects
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and design system proposals
  • Manage active accounts while continually prospecting for new opportunities
  • Attend industry events and respond to bid sheets as appropriate
  • Maintain detailed client activity records and proactively follow up to close business
