About The Position

Are you a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer service? TMC Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our team. Staffing Agency Sales experience is required. The outside sales representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, be results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales role within the Staffing Industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct presentations to potential customers
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals with potential customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of staffing solutions
• Monitor competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas of growth
