About The Position

Vivint Smart Home Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)
Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings
Vivint is looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our door-to-door sales team selling industry-leading smart home security systems. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for people who want to be rewarded directly for their performance.
If you’re self-driven, comfortable talking to people face-to-face, and want control over how much you earn, this role may be a great fit.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers face-to-face
• Able to handle rejection and stay focused
• Sales experience is not required (training provided)
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid Drivers License

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods

• Identify customer needs and recommend the right system
• Close sales and complete required documentation accurately
• Consistently work toward and exceed performance goals
