VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation is looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico region. If you have an excellent customer service mentality, then this position is perfect for you. To succeed as an Outside Sales Representative, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in selling our products, meeting our customer's needs, ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Responsibilities The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for leading sales efforts, business development, strengthening relationships and securing new business for the Company. The candidate must be able to articulate to both business and technical users how our technology, products and services can best meet our customers' needs. The Outside Sales Representative must also be able to draft quotes and proposals to help win business for the Company. Additional responsibilities would include utilizing our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively track leads, produce quotes, and convert quotes to sales orders. The position requires frequent open communication with the VP of Sales, VP/GM for the Rockies Region, inside sales, and the rest of the VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation team. The ideal candidate sought will excel in a fast-paced environment, be able to quickly learn the technical nature of our product portfolio, stay organized, and understand the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.
