About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team, offering unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefits. The role focuses on selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, through a partnership selling model. Hibu provides extensive training, starting with 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of in-field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities include cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives are expected to grow their own book of business, support small businesses, and earn residual commissions by maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
