Project Sales, or A Project Development Representative is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of project. Working with the Sales Manager, within an assigned territory, they will develop and implement a Sales Plan which meets both their personal goals and the goals of the business to expand the company's customer base. The rep works with the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and to ensure long-term account goals remain in line with company's vision and values. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $125,000 - $200,000+ / year. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
