Requirements

Must have a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation for 100% local travel.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to maximize customer contact.
Previous success in direct sales, prospecting, or cold calling is preferred, but not required.
Strong personal drive to meet and exceed sales targets with a desire to make $55k+ in the first year.
Strong interpersonal skills, technological savvy, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

Acquisition: Engage prospective residential customers directly through door-to-door solicitation and lead follow-up in assigned territories.
Consultation: Conduct needs analyses and deliver compelling presentations on high-speed fiber internet, phone, and value-added services.
Results: Achieve monthly sales quotas and stay informed about competitor activities.
Support: Simplify the customer experience and actively participate in team training and meetings.
