About The Position

This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. The role involves travel up to two hours driving distance and offers commission for partners converted.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in outside/field sales.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.
