Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry - though not required.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills (in person and virtually).
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to perform light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of lifting occasionally.
  • Operate in a professional office environment with regular travel to customer locations.
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities in the Austin area and beyond.
  • Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide detailed product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with customer goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and sales summits as needed.
  • Represent Joe W. Fly Company at customer sites, trade shows, and NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) activities—always upholding our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and training programs to support team goals.
  • Help drive company growth through excellent service, strong relationships, and efficient practices.
