Aramsco is a leading solutions provider to specialty contractors across North America, serving numerous end markets including abatement, restoration, environmental, emergency preparedness, stone care, cleaning and surface preparation. The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education. We are currently looking for a full time Outside Sales Representative to grow and develop new business and maintaining existing accounts.

  • Identifies market and industry potential within the territory and makes calls on potential and existing customers.
  • Develops effective territory management and customer sales plans.
  • Establishes and maintains close relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Actively utilize, plans and coordinates sales opportunities with vendor resources.
  • Keeps informed of new products and other information of interest to customers.
  • Demonstrates self-management to effectively monitor own progress.
  • Interacts with inside sales representatives and customer service representatives sharing and exchanging information.
  • Utilizes product samples with customers to help increase sales.
  • Demonstrates full compliance to the company's sales and price guidelines.
  • Participates and supports the marketing department promotional initiatives.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years in outside sales; prior industry experience in Restoration/Commercial Cleaning Products is preferred.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within territory.
  • Must be focused and organized and have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and self-management skills.
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Working knowledge of the Internet and MS Office tools.
