About The Position

We're seeking motivated, professional Outside Sales Representatives to drive growth in both our commercial and residential markets. This is your chance to sell high-impact solutions that customers truly need—all while growing your own career and income potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or service-based sales experience
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, or home improvement sales is highly preferred
• Comfortable with service software (ServiceTitan a big plus)
• Valid California Driver’s License + Clean Driving Record
• Able to pass background and drug screen
• Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs, walking/standing for extended periods, and navigating job sites

Responsibilities

• Present solutions confidently to homeowners and businesses; drive sales from initial consult to close
• Represent the company at a high level, always putting the customer’s needs first
• Collaborate with plumbing and technical teams to identify sales opportunities and provide guidance
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and communication style
• Engage clients with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for their experience
