About The Position

American Home Design is hiring full-time Outside Sales Representatives for our Nashville team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work-life balance. We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100,000-$200,000 a year!

Requirements

• Ability to build instant rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasive personality
• Driven to meet sales goals
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Good listening and presentation skills
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation
