The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the retention of existing customer base with continued sales growth. Develops assigned territory, implements sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base. Sources and grow sales with new business opportunities within assigned market area/territory. Collaborates with District Sales Manager and Branch Manager to execute business plan. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
