About The Position

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, part of the ARS family of brands, provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We serve customers in the state of Texas with reliable, professional service. Since 1994, we've been delivering expert solutions backed by ARS's national resources.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties.
• Work with company-generated and pre-set leads.
