About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets and expand revenue.

Requirements

  • Exposure or background in the current market
  • Experience in fencing, fence industry, or construction product sales
  • B2B contractor sales experience
  • Experience in a collaborative selling environment
  • Skills in prospecting and cold-calling
  • Market development experience
  • Sales management experience
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required by the sales territory
  • Self-starter with a research-based mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with existing customers

  • Develop plans to utilize emerging markets and expand revenue
  • Represent Pro Access Systems with exceptional service and customer collaboration
  • Target customers include fencing contractors and access control installers
  • Engage in new customer acquisition and development through direct B2B engagement
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting
  • Manage sales pipeline with weekly sales meetings with the sales team
  • Achieve an annual revenue expectation of 1 million dollars in sales for assigned accounts
