About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator at Arrow Exterminators is a full-time role focused on engaging with potential residential customers to provide pest control solutions. This position emphasizes building relationships, conducting home evaluations, and utilizing sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals while enjoying a dynamic work environment outside of a traditional office setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals daily.
• Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
• Build rapport with potential residential customers.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations, including crawling into tight spaces like attics.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and recommend appropriate services.
• Explain the associated benefits of services clearly and accurately.
