About The Position
Nextep’s outside sales role is designed for individuals who are goal-driven and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. As a sales representative, you will be the friendly frontline of Nextep, building relationships and making valuable connections with decision makers for businesses of all sizes. Your role will involve elevating the employment experience and enriching people's lives through your interactions. A typical day may include making sales calls, moving prospects through the sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify prospects.
