Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in B2B sales) technical background a plus.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and learning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Comfort with face-to-face cold calling and relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails.
  • Learn and master our Microbulk product suite and safety standards.
  • Build and lead a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
