About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative at Lincare Inc. is responsible for generating leads and building relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets in the local market. This role focuses on promoting respiratory and durable medical equipment, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing patient care and engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills, to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales and/or the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
  • Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories.
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
