About The Position

Pella Windows & Doors is hiring a proven in-home sales professional to take ownership of an established, high-opportunity territory across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. This role is built for someone who knows the difference between presenting and closing. You understand that high-level sales are earned through credibility, a consultative approach, and the ability to quickly build trust with discerning homeowners. You are confident guiding customers to make decisions in the moment when the solution is right. You will work directly with homeowners on meaningful investments, combining product expertise, design perspective, and a polished sales process to deliver solutions that meet both aesthetic and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-value, consultative B2C or in-home sales
  • Ability to build trust quickly and position yourself as a credible advisor in the home
  • Comfortable asking for the business and closing on the first visit when the solution aligns
  • Experience discussing pricing, investment ranges, and financing with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and personal accountability
  • Professional presence that reflects the level of product you represent
  • Must live within the Northern Colorado or Southern Wyoming territory (Greeley, Longmont, Fort Collins, Cheyenne, Laramie, or surrounding areas) and be able to travel throughout the region for in-home appointments

  • Experience in home improvement, construction, luxury retail, or design-oriented sales is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and present tailored window and door solutions
  • Lead a consultative sales process while confidently moving toward a same-appointment close when appropriate
  • Guide homeowners through investment decisions, including clear and comfortable conversations around financing options
  • Manage projects from consultation through signed agreement
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
