We are hiring high performing Outside Sales Representatives (In Home Sales) to join our April 13, 2026, sales training class. Requirements

  • Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with commission-based earnings
  • Confident handling objections and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Reliable transportation and availability for appointments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
  • Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value
  • Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making
  • Work high-intent leads generated by marketing, retail partners, and events
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation
