Requirements
- Proven success in outside or in-home consumer sales (insurance, home improvement, final expense, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a commission-only environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-set, qualified seniors and families in a consultative, face-to-face setting
- Educate clients on estate planning options and guide them to the right solution
- Run a steady flow of company-generated appointments in your territory
- Represent our company with professionalism, empathy, and a client-first mindset
