About The Position

Eastern Lift Truck Co. Dock and Door Account Manager Currently, we are seeking an Experienced Dock and Door Account Manager to support our Pennsylvania region. A Day in the Life: This is a true Outside Sales Position, with four days physically out in your territory and one in-office day to build key important relationships at your branch to help you be successful out in the field. The performance and success of your territory will require you to establish new relationships within the territory, while maintaining and strengthening existing business. You will be responsible for the sale of contracts for maintenance and repair programs for material handling equipment. Who is Eastern Lift Truck Co.? Requirements

  • Outside Sales experience preferred
  • Industry experience strongly preferred
  • High energy individual with a “hunter mentality”
  • Results oriented, self-starter able to work independently
  • Strong competitive drive
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Technologically fluent (Word and Excel skills)

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a Dock and Door sales territory, primarily focused on equipment and project sales activities
  • Supporting aftermarket account managers as a regional territory lead on assigned major accounts and third-party vendors
  • Drive team success by achieving and surpassing sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service to existing accounts, securing orders, and establishing new accounts. This involves planning and organizing daily activities to engage with current and prospective customers effectively
  • Collaborate and communicate with management on sales activities through monthly and annual reports and territory analyses. Responsibilities include tracking progress and performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to refine and enhance sales strategies.
