Requirements

• Prefer a minimum of four (4) years of service provider industry outside sales experience successfully calling on hospitals, educational institutions, retail sector, building owners, property managers, purchasing/procurement managers at industrial/commercial building facilities selling building products, construction materials, or other mechanical / technical type products and service agreements.
• Bachelor's degree and commercial service provider industry experience preferred.
• Must enjoy generating sales by prospecting for new business and cultivating additional business with existing customers.
• Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM systems.
• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
• Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial sectors calling on building owners/managers, educational institutions/colleges, K-12, municipalities, retail sector and hospitals in Chicago metro area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
