About The Position

Nextep’s outside sales role is designed for individuals who are goal-driven and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. As a sales representative, you will be the friendly frontline of Nextep, building relationships and making valuable connections with decision makers for businesses of all sizes. Your efforts will help elevate the employment experience and enrich people's lives. The company is rapidly expanding in the Central Dallas market starting January 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a similar field
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Desire to succeed

Responsibilities

• Making sales calls to potential clients
• Moving prospects through the sales process
• Delivering IPs and proposals to clients
• Working with internal teams to qualify prospects
