About The Position

BakeMark is seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for the sales execution of the company initiatives to promote BakeMark USA’s strategy of achieving and maintaining the dominant market share position in the baking industry. The Sales Representative will grow sales of the company’s products and services utilizing the approach, strategies, and tactics prescribed by the Company. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and closing of sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to win business opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Two years of hands-on bakery experience is a plus.
• Two years of prior route sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Baking Industry experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales of the company’s products and services.
• Identify and obtain orders for 100% of the supply needs of customers.
• Execute company initiatives to promote BakeMark USA’s strategy.
• Travel in local territory approximately 90%-100% of the time, with overnight travel as required.
• Build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to reach Company goals.
