About The Position

They are responsible for executing sales strategies to promote BakeMark USA's initiatives and maintain a dominant market share in the baking industry. This role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to identify and fulfill customer supply needs.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and closing sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to win business opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Experience using computers for various tasks, including Microsoft applications.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Two years of hands-on bakery experience or two years of prior route sales experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Korean is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior baking industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales initiatives to promote BakeMark USA's strategy.
• Identify and obtain orders for 100% of the supply needs of customers.
• Travel in local territory approximately 90%-100% of the time, with potential overnight travel.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to reach company goals.
