The Outside Sales Representative, Automotive Paint is responsible for building and maintaining a strong portfolio of Economy Segment business within a defined market area. The Market Sales Specialist will partner with customers to foster their long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the business agreement are delivered and work to develop and close Sales Leads. The Market Sales Specialist works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals. Focus is on paint (all coatings), protective coatings, fillers, aerosol, putties, glazes and adjacencies to ensure revenue generation and target achievement within an annual budget per product segments. This is a remote-based role in Pennsylvania and will require up to 50% travel. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager – VBT and is based into one of the four existing Axalta North America Refinish Regions. Peers to this role are Product Specialists – VBT and this role is entitled to Sales Incentive Plan.
