We're growing and looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Western / Central Massachusetts territory. Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, either with a rep agency, manufacturer, or distributor
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently while being a team player
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the MA HVAC market is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors
  • Promote and sell HVAC products from our manufacturer partners
  • Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Negotiate terms and close sales
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals
