About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets and expand revenue. The Outside Sales Representative will cover the following territory: GA, AL, TN (Eastern), FL Panhandle. The ideal candidate is a consummate selling Professional willing to represent Pro Access Systems with a mindset based on exceptional service and customer collaboration. Target customers are fencing contractors, access control installers. 80% customer facing/field-based role.

Requirements

  • Exposure or background in our current market
  • Fencing, fence industry or construction product sales experience
  • B2B Contractor Sales
  • Works or has worked in a collaborative selling environment.
  • Prospecting/Cold-Calling
  • Market development
  • Sales management
  • Some overnight travel will be required given the span of our sales territory.
  • Self-starter with a research-based mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • New Customer acquisition and development through direct B2B engagement
  • Cold Calling and prospecting
  • Sales Pipeline management with weekly sales meeting with sales team.
  • Annual revenue expectation of 1 million dollars in sales-Assigned accounts
