About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative 2 at R3 Roofing & Exteriors, you will lead and inspire a sales team while handling a variety of leads including referrals and self-generated prospects. Responsibilities

• Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation.
• Execute trained sales processes effectively.
• Collaborate with property owners to create, negotiate, and finalize exterior renovation projects.
• Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals.
