Upcoming Paid Training Class – Starts January 26, 2026 We are currently accepting applications for our next Outside Sales Training Class, beginning Monday, January 26, 2026. This structured training program lasts 6 weeks and includes both classroom learning and hands-on field experience. All new hires must complete this paid training program as part of onboarding. At R3 Roofing & Exteriors, we’re not just restoring homes—we’re creating long-term career opportunities for people who want to lead, earn, and grow. As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), you’ll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3’s services. Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections. You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)—who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready for future leadership opportunities. You’ll work alongside a positive, motivated team that celebrates wins and supports your growth every step of the way.

Requirements

  • A self-driven, motivated attitude—no prior sales experience required
  • Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Coachability and eagerness to grow
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our “hours of success” (12 PM – 8 PM)
  • Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
  • Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
  • Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
  • Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset
  • Learn directly from experienced leaders and advance as you develop
